Understanding neurodiversity, recognising unconscious bias, applying anti-discriminatory practice and working in culturally responsive ways are skills that require ongoing development — not a one-day training event.
The DCC-i Neurodiversity, Diversity & Inclusion pillar provides interactive CPD tools, awareness resources and critical reflection frameworks that help social workers and social care professionals develop genuinely inclusive practice. Co-designed with people with lived experience
DCC-i neurodiversity and inclusion CPD is co-produced with people who have direct experience of neurodivergence, disability, racial discrimination and social exclusion. This means the learning is honest, specific and grounded in what inclusive practice looks and feels like from the perspective of the people practitioners support. All programmes are BASW-approved and delivered across NHS trusts, local authorities and independent social care organisations.
