Welcome, and thank you for being part of the One Coventry Integrated Locality Team CPD Programme 2026. This joint programme brings together colleagues from Coventry City Council and University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire to strengthen collaborative working, enhance legally literate and ethical practice, and support ongoing professional development across our integrated locality teams.
Over the next six months, you’ll be taking part in a blended programme of workshops, guided and self-directed learning, and peer critical reflection. The workbooks and materials hosted here are designed to consolidate your learning, encourage reflective practice, and help you apply key concepts in day-to-day work, including:
- Social GGRRAAACCEEESSS
- Strengths-based practice
- Care Act legal literacy
- Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interests decision-making
Each workbook offers structured activities to complete before, during and after sessions, with space for you to link ideas to real cases, team discussions and supervision.
Submitted workbooks will receive developmental feedback to support your CPD, supervision conversations and ongoing growth in integrated practice.
Please use this portal as your central hub to:
- Access session workbooks and resource packs
- Revisit key materials between workshops
- Capture reflections and examples from your own practice
Thank you for the commitment you are making to your own learning and to integrated, person-centred practice across Coventry. We’re really looking forward to learning with you and seeing how you use these resources to make a difference for the people and communities we support.
