Twelve tiles, one solution

  1. The person on the general hospital ward is neither Jenny nor Sarah, and their capacity outcome is that they lack capacity for the accommodation decision.

  7. The person with family support lives in their own flat.
  8. The Care Act safeguarding enquiry concerns the person in their own flat, who is assessed as having capacity for this specific decision.
  9. Tom is not in his own flat and is not in supported living.
  10. The DoLS review involves the relevant person's representative.
  11. The DoLS review is linked to fluctuating capacity and the residential care home.
  12. The MCA best-interests decision is for the person who lacks capacity.
