This AGNI practice set helps practitioners work through mixed and borderline MCA, DoLS and Article 5 scenarios. The cases are designed to support reflective decision-making where the picture is not straightforward. Practitioners are invited to consider consent, objection, restrictions, impact, risk and the least restrictive response before deciding how the situation should be classified.Use this tool to build confidence in spotting when an arrangement may need a clearer MCA, DoLS, safeguarding or rights-based response.
