This peer supervision group provides a confidential, supportive space for AMHPs to reflect on practice, share professional dilemmas, and think collectively about complex decision‑making. The session is practitioner‑led and discussion‑focused, supporting critical reflection, professional curiosity, and shared learning across diverse AMHP experiences. It is not case management, but a structured opportunity to step back, test thinking, and strengthen professional confidence within a psychologically safe peer setting.

Our final supervision session of 2026. This will be a reflective wrap‑up of the year, what’s worked, what’s shifted, and what we want to carry forward.
